LILLIAN - LORI'S DAUGHTER

In October 2006, just one week before her 2nd birthday, our sweet daughter Lillian was diagnosed with a rare brain tumor. Cancer. Lillian fought bravely through 6 rounds of aggressive chemotherapy. Shortly after completing the chemo protocol, she began having breathing trouble for reasons no one can explain. For 31 days, she continued her fight in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with the help of a ventilator. On April 4th 2007, Lillian passed away. LISA - BECCI'S MOM

In the fall of 1997, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer. She had a lumpectomy and underwent Chemotherapy and Radiation. 6 months later, she had a clean bill of health. Then, in the spring of 1999, doctors finally determined that the cancer had metastasized to her spinal column and skull. She fought for 4 more years but on February 9th, 2003, at the age of 47, my mom passed away. She was my best friend, my biggest supporter, and the only one on this Earth who knew everything about me and loved me anyway...and I miss her every day.
